Se ordenó archivar definitivamente el expediente en el que, en virtud de queja formulada por el Presidente de la Asociación de Pensionados de la Industria del Transporte Marítimo y Fluvial de Colombia, de la Flota Mercante Grancolombiana S.A. -Asopenmar de Colombia-, se inició investigación preliminar en relación con la Secretaria General de esta Corporación, toda vez que no es esta dependencia de la Corte a la que corresponde la notificación a las partes de las sentencias proferidas por esta Corporación, pues, esa función se le asigna, de manera expresa, "al juez o tribunal competente de primera instancia", quien, para realizarla, deberá obrar tan pronto como reciba el expediente respectivo proveniente de la Corte Constitucional.
