Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá y el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura.
Tras concluir la Corte que en el presente caso no existió un conflicto de competencia, ni siquiera aparente, decidió resolver la controversia planteada por los despachos judiciales involucrados, ordenando la remisión del expediente al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, para que lo tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.

- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 30 de noviembre de 2016 proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Segunda, Subseccion D, dentro del expediente ICC-2723.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Segunda, Subseccion D el expediente ICC-2723, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decision de fondo a que haya lugar, dentro de la accion de tutela formulada por Edward Ancizar Ramirez Correa contra Tribunal Superior de Bogota, Sala Penal y Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura-Sala Disciplinaria.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria General, se comunique la decision adoptada en esta providencia a las partes.
