La Sala considera que la solicitud impetrada por el memorialista es improcedente, no sólo por carecer de legitimidad procesal para promoverla, pues no actuó ni como parte ni como interviniente durante el proceso, sino porque la petición fue presentada por fuera del término de ejecutoria de la sentencia.
