Se solicitó aclaración y complementación del auto 325/14, mediante el cual se negó la solicitud de nulidad presenta contra la sentencia T-448/13.
Luego de analizar la anterior petición, la Corte precisa que la misma no versa sobre una frase o expresión de la parte motiva o resolutiva del auto que resulte ambiguo o dudoso, sino que versa en una reiteración frente a la improcedencia de la tutela, asunto que fue resuelto en la sentencia T-448/13.
La Sala decide rechazar la petición, por resultar improcedente.

- Primero. RECHAZAR la solicitud interpuesta como "aclaracion y complementacion" presentada por el apoderado judicial de la Federacion Nacional de Cafeteros en contra del Auto 325 del dieciseis (16) de octubre de dos mil catorce (2014), por medio del cual la Sala Plena de esta Corporacion nego la solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-448 de 2013 por improcedente.
- Segundo. Contra esta providencia no cabe recurso alguno.
