  1. Primero. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud promovida por la senora Maria Smith Luque Reyes y el senor Jorge Enrique Pineda Rodriguez que la Corte Constitucional por via excepcional haga cumplir la sentencia T-597 de 2006.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR la remision del escrito de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-597 de 2006 a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Civil, para que actue de conformidad con sus competencias.
