- PRIMERO. Dejar sin efecto el Auto del catorce (14) de febrero de 2005, proferido por el Juzgado Catorce Civil del Circuito de Medellin, dentro de la accion de tutela promovida por el senor Ivan Dario Lopez Calle.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar al Juzgado Catorce Civil del Circuito de Medellin, que inicie, de forma inmediata, el tramite de la accion de tutela de la referencia conforme a las previsiones del articulo 86 de la Constitucion Politica y del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
