María Victoria Calle Correa, ya que la acción fue fallada en segunda instancia por la Sección Segunda-Subsección “A” Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado, de la cual hace parte su compañero permanente.
La Corte concluye que el impedimento se encentra fundado por lo tanto se decide separarla del conocimiento del proceso.
