- Primero. Corregir el encabezado de la Sentencia T-1174 de 2008, de manera tal que se entienda SENTENCIA T-1174/08.
- Segundo. Que en vista de lo anterior, en lo sucesivo, el encabezado de la Sentencia T-1174 de 2008 quedará así: SENTENCIA T-1174/08.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de esta Corporación que notifique al demandado dentro del proceso T-2030081 de la corrección introducida a través del presente auto.
- Cuarto. EXPEDIR sendas copias autenticadas de esta providencia con destino al expediente fallado en la Sentencia T-1174 de 2008.
