Se ordenó remitir el expediente en referencia a la Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia para que defina cuál de los dos juzgados de familia de los diferentes circuitos es competente para conocer de la tutela incoada por el accionante, toda vez que en su calidad de superior jerárquico común, es quien debe resolver el conflicto de competencia de orden territorial suscitado entre los aludidos despachos judiciales, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los Art. 4 del Decreto 306 de 1992 y 28 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
