La demanda se rechazó porque el actor no atendió las indicaciones dadas en el auto de inadmisión para subsanar las falencias indicadas por el despacho sustanciador.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación encontró que las discrepancias formuladas por el demandante no tienen la entidad suficiente para revocar la decisión cuestionada y, por ello, decidió CONFIRMARLA en su integridad.

- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto del 14 de enero de 2021, por el cual se rechazo la demanda formulada por el ciudadano William Esteban Gomez Molina, contra el articulo 30 de la Ley 1430 de 2010 "Por medio de la cual se dictan normas tributarias de control y para la competitividad" y el Decreto 2245 de 2011, dentro del expediente con numero de radicacion D-14047, por las razones expuestas en el presente auto.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte el contenido de esta decision al demandante indicandole que contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
