Considera la Corte que, conforme al factor territorial, es el juzgado de La Dorada el que tiene la competencia para conocer el asunto, en tanto es el lugar de ocurrencia de la presunta vulneración de derechos alegada.
Se dispone enviar el expediente a dicha autoridad para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
