Recusación contra los magistrados de la Sala Primera de Revisión, el actor interpuso el recurso contra todos los magistrados de esta corporación “en el eventual caso en que sus familiares hasta cuarto grado de consaguinidad ostenten contratos con el Gobierno Nacional y/o el sector de las Telecomunicaciones”, en cuanto al Dr.
Mauricio González Cuervo alegó relación en grado de consanguinidad con su exesposa, quien para la época de los hechos era abogada de Telecom y asesora del Gobierno, el Dr.
González manifestó que no se encuentra dentro de las causales previstas en el artículo 56 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, ni le asiste ninguna de las causales de impedimento.
Se rechaza por improcedente la recusación formulada por el actor.
