  1. Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto proferido el 1 de diciembre de 2025 por el Juzgado 001 Civil del Circuito de Apartadó, dentro del expediente ICC - 5246.
  2. Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC - 5246 al Juzgado 001 Civil del Circuito de Apartadó, con el fin de que continúe con el trámite respectivo y dicte la decisión de fondo a la que haya lugar respecto de la tutela presentada por la señora Paola Paniagua Ramírez contra la Unidad Residencial Ceiba de los Maderos, la empresa Maderos Proactiva y los señores Hernán Ortiz y Sebastián Ortiz.
  3. Tercero. ADVERTIR al Juzgado 001 Civil del Circuito de Apartadó que, en lo sucesivo, se abstenga de argumentar su falta de competencia en materia de tutela con fundamento en reglas de reparto, así como de adoptar decisiones que desconozcan el principio de perpetuación de la competencia.
  4. Cuarto. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corporación, COMUNICAR a la accionante y al Juzgado 002 Administrativo de Apartadó la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
