Recurso de Súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 25 de febrero de 2013, dictado en el proceso de la referencia por el magistrado Jorge Ignacio Pretelt Chaljub.
A través del referido auto el magistrado sustanciado decidió rechazar la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada por la memorialista, al considerar que no se corrigió de manera adecuada y que la demandante persistió en idéntica argumentación a la presentada en su escrito primigenio.
La Sala considera que el recurso de súplica no presenta argumentos que desvirtúen las razones constitutivas del rechazo de la demanda y, de manera consecuente, decide confirmar la decisión recurrida.
