Recurso de Súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 16 de febrero de 2012, dictado por el magistrado Juan Carlos Henao Pérez, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de la referencia, por haber operado, frente al texto normativo acusado, el fenómeno de la cosa juzgada constitucional.
Luego de constatar que la Corte ya se había pronunciado sobre la constitucionalidad del cuerpo normativo en su conjunto como proyecto de reforma a ley estatutaria, se NIEGA el recurso de súplica y se CONFIRMA el rechazo de la demanda.
