Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Segundo de Familia de Itagüí y el Juzgado Treinta Administrativo de Oralidad del Circuito de Medellín, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
La Corte se pronuncia sobre el marco jurídico que determina la competencia en materia de tutela y decide el asunto ordenando enviar el expediente al Juzgado Segundo de Familia de Itagüí, con el objeto de que asuma, a prevención, el conocimiento de la tutela y dicte la decisión a que haya lugar.

- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-2093 al Juzgado
