Solicitud de nulidad contra el Auto 600/16, mediante el cual se rechazó el recurso de súplica.
El peticionario argumentó que se vulneraron sus derechos al debido proceso y a la igualdad, en tanto no se le notificó personalmente el auto de inadmisión.
Luego de precisar que según el Estatuto Procesal el auto de inadmisión de la demanda debe ser notificado por medio de estado y de advertir que no existió ninguna irregularidad que afectara el derecho al debido proceso del peticionario, se NIEGA la nulidad formulada.
