No se accedió a la petición del accionante quien solicitó audiencia con el fin de aclarar los hechos y exponer mayores detalles dentro del proceso de la referencia, toda vez que el Acuerdo 05 de 1992, establece el reglamento de la Corte Constitucional sólo contempla en su Art. 60 la celebración de audiencias públicas y no de audiencias privadas, por lo que en esta oportunidad la Sala considera que es improcedente su petición.
Sin embargo, se le tuvo en cuenta el escrito presentado con fecha septiembre 9, al momento de tomar la decisión.
