Se ordenó a la Secretaría General de la Corte dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el numeral quinto a séptimo del auto de febrero 3 de 2003, por el cual se avocó conocimiento del Proyecto de Ley 796 de 2003.
La Corte explicó que el incidente de recusación propuesto no suspende, en el estado actual del proceso, el trámite del juicio de constitucionalidad frente a la mencionada Ley, ni implica la pérdida de competencia para continuar conociendo del proceso.
