Se inaplicó por inconstitucional el numeral 1º del Art. 1o del Decreto 1382 de 2000.
En consecuencia, se resolvió el conflicto de competencias planteado entre el Juzgado Treinta y Cuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogotá y la sección segunda, subsección D del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, en el sentido de remitir el expediente al primer juez, para que resuelva de fondo la acción de tutela de la referencia.

- RESUELVE:
- En el presente caso, INAPLICAR, por inconstitucional el numeral 1o del articulo 1o del decreto 1382 de 2000. En consecuencia, remitase el expediente al Juzgado Treinta y Cuatro Civil del Circuito de Bogota, para que asuma el conocimiento de la accion de tutela instaurada por el ciudadano JOSE MANUEL PEREZ CORTES, contra el BANCO DE LA REPUBLICA.
