Con el presente auto se decreta la separación procesal de los expedientes T-6980588 y T-7041100 cuya acumulación fue ordenada por la Sala de Selección Número Once de la Corte Constitucional, mediante Auto del 13 de noviembre de 2018, para que cada uno sea fallado en una sentencia independiente.
Lo anterior, luego de encontrar que entre los referidos procesos no existe unidad de materia, en tanto tienen elementos que singularizan su situación fáctica y jurídica.
