La inadmisión de la demanda se dio por el incumplimiento de los requisitos de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia.
El demandante radicó un escrito mediante el cual se pronunció sobre las causales de inadmisión y solicitó que la demanda fuera admitida y, por economía procesal, se desatara el recurso de súplica.
No obstante lo anterior, no presentó argumento alguno que sustentara tal petición.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación considera el recurso interpuesto es improcedente y por ello decidió confirmar la providencia cuestionada
