Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo se dio porque la demanda no cumplió con los requisitos de especificidad y suficiencia necesarios para promover la acción de constitucionalidad.
La Corte consideró que el recurrente no presentó las razones por las cuales encontró insuficientes las garantías en el proceso de captura con fines de extradición reconocidas en la Sentencia C-243/09 y que sólo se limitó a reiterar los argumentos expuestos en la demanda y en el escrito de corrección.
Luego de comprobar que no fueron subsanados los yerros identificados por el magistrado sustanciador, la Sala Plena decidió CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.
