Solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-115/14.
El memorialista le pide a la Sala de Revisión la asunción de la competencia para conocer el incidente de cumplimiento del referido fallo, toda vez que el cese de actividades a consecuencia del llamado “paro judicial” en el año 2014, constituye una justificación objetiva, razonable y suficiente para demostrar que el juez de primera instancia no ha logrado adoptar las medidas que hagan efectiva la orden de protección emitida por la Corte.
Luego de analizar la situación, la Sala decide no asumir el trámite de cumplimiento solicitado.

- Primero. NO ASUMIR el tramite de la solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-115 de 2014 elevado por el senor Javier.
- Segundo. A traves de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, REMITIR al Juzgado 55 Civil Municipal de Bogota la solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-115 de 2014, para que determine lo de su competencia.
- Tercero. Por medio de la Secretaria General de esta Corte, INFORMAR a las partes en el proceso T-115 de 2014 del contenido del presente Auto y del tramite otorgado a la solicitud.
