Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia T-647/12.
Al formular el incidente de nulidad contra la sentencia de la referencia, aduce la memorialista que la providencia atacada incurrió en una falta de congruencia entre la parte considerativa y resolutiva.
Concluye la Sala que los alegatos presentados por la incidentante no logran superar el requisito formal de la debida argumentación exigido para este tipo trámites y, por ello, decide DENEGAR la nulidad impetrada.
