- Primero. Por Secretaria General REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela propuesta por el senor Nelson Enrique Lopez Sarmiento contra el Ministerio de Hacienda y Credito Publico, la Beneficencia de Cundinamarca y la Fundacion San Juan de Dios, al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca para que este asuma en forma inmediata el conocimiento del referido amparo constitucional y, en consecuencia, adelante la correspondiente actuacion judicial.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE la decision adoptada en esta providencia al Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal del Circuito de Bogota, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional.
