Con el presente auto se resuelve la solicitud presentada por el Ministerio de la Protección Social, respecto a la modificación del plazo para allegar el informe anual correspondiente a la medición de las acciones de tutela de 2013, solicitado en cumplimiento de la orden trigésima de la Sentencia T-760 de 2008.
Como quiera que la Sala de Seguimiento no encontró una justificación válida para acceder a la solicitud formulada, decide DENEGARLA.
