- RESUELVE
- ORDENAR al Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Lorica - Cordoba, que de forma inmediata, inicie el tramite de la accion de tutela de la referencia y profiera la decision de instancia que corresponda, conforme a las previsiones del articulo 86 de la Constitucion Politica y del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
