- Primero. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T - 800 de 1999 y del Auto número 127 del 23 de agosto de 2004 dictado por la Sala Primera de Revisión de la Corte Constitucional, formulada por el señor Reinaldo Mosquera Medina el día quince (15) de octubre de 2004.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de esta Corporación que remita dicha solicitud, junto con sus anexos y con el presente Auto, al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Huila - Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, para que obre en el expediente respectivo.
