Se ordenó remitir el expediente a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria, para que defina cuál de los dos juzgados civiles de circuito es competente para conocer de la tutela interpuesta por el accionante contra la Asociación Bancaria y de Entidades Financieras de Colombia CIFIN y COMPUTEC S.A.
Lo anterior, porque de conformidad con los criterios jurisprudenciales y teniendo en cuenta que el conflicto negativo de competencias ha surgido entre integrantes de la misma jurisdicción -la ordinaria-, a cuya cabeza se encuentra la mencionada Corporación es la competente para dirimir este conflicto.
