Se rechazó de plano la solicitud de nulidad del Auto de 29 de marzo del 2000, formulada por el representante legal de Inversiones Energéticas S.A., -Inergesa S.A-.

La Corte encontró que la acción de tutela radicada bajo el número T-267061 fue excluida de su revisión por la Corporación, como expresamente aceptó conocerlo el ciudadano referido en memoriales de 13 y 22 de marzo del 2000, lo que significa que la Corte no tiene actualmente competencia para hacer ningún pronunciamiento con respecto a la acción de tutela aludida, razón por la cual se impone el rechazo de plano en relación con la solicitud de nulidad del mencionado auto al que se refiere el peticionario.
