Se decretó la nulidad de todo lo actuado en el proceso instaurado por el accionante de la referencia contra las autoridades de Bogotá, toda vez que se omitió la notificación a los demandados sin justificación alguna, sin tener excepción al deber de hacerlo.

En consecuencia, la Corporación devolvió el expediente y ordenó al Tribunal respectivo continuar con el proceso de conformidad.

PRIMERO. Decretar la nulidad de todo lo actuado en el proceso instaurado por Jose Alberto Jaramillo Moreno contra el Alcalde Mayor de Santafe de Bogota, D.C. y el Gerente de la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de la misma ciudad, a partir de la presentacion de la demanda.
SEGUNDO. Ordenar a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota continuar el tramite del proceso a partir de la notificacion de la demanda.
TERCERO. Por Secretaria General devuelvase el expediente radicado bajo el numero T-62.874 al Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota, para que proceda de conformidad.
