Se realizó la corrección de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-036/03, toda vez que se incurrió en un error mecanográfico en el numeral segundo, pues, en lugar de escribir Art. 150 de la Ley 734 de 2002, que es lo correcto tal como se desprende de las motivaciones de la providencia, se escribió Art. 153 de la misma Ley, por lo anterior es necesario hacer la corrección.
