- Remitase el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela propuesta por la ciudadana Isabel Almanza Sarmiento contra el Instituto Geografico Agustin Codazzi, a la Oficina Judicial de la ciudad de Barranquilla para que lo reparta a los Juzgados del Circuito de dicha ciudad. Este despacho judicial, a su vez, debera darle tramite y decidir en forma inmediata.
