- Primero. Corregir el numeral
- segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-374 del 13 de agosto de 1997, que debe leerse así:
- "
- Segundo. Decláranse EXEQUIBLES, en los términos de esta Sentencia, los artículos 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, inciso 1, 21 (parágrafo) y 24 de la Ley 333 de 1996".
- Segundo. Adicionar la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-374 del 13 de agosto de 1997 así:

- Séptimo. Declárase INEXEQUIBLE el artículo 32 de la Ley 333 de 1996".
- Tercero. Para todos los efectos, este Auto se entenderá incorporado y deberá acompañar la Sentencia número C-374 del 13 de agosto de 1997.
