- Primero. CORREGIR el numeral
- segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T- 900 de diciembre 3 de 2013, el cual quedara asi:
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogota, por conducto de su representante legal o quien al efecto haga sus veces, que si aun no lo hubiere dispuesto, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia inicie las gestiones pertinentes para conectar el predio ubicado en la Calle 69B Ndeg 109 A - 14 barrio Villa El Dorado de Bogota, de propiedad de los demandantes, a la red principal de alcantarillado e independizar la caja residual de aguas negras que comparte con el inmueble vecino.
- Segundo. MANTENER intacto el resto del fallo corregido, que ha de cumplirse debidamente.
- Tercero. AGREGUESE esta providencia al expediente T-3986060, para lo cual sera enviada por la Secretaria General de esta corporacion al Juzgado 27 Civil Municipal de Bogota, que procedera en consecuencia.
