Recurso de Súplica interpuesto en contra del Auto del 26 de enero de 2012, dictado por el Magistrado Juan Carlos Henao Pérez, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de la referencia al estimar que la Corte era manifiestamente incompetente para resolver sobre la acción pública de inconstitucionalidad contra un decreto reglamentario o acto del ejecutivo, como lo son las disposiciones acusadas en la demanda.
La Sala NIEGA el recurso de súplica y confirma el auto de rechazo, al verificar una vez más que el actor demandó actos jurídicos que no corresponden a los enunciados taxativamente en el artículo 241 superior.
