La magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado manifestó su impedimento para conocer el trámite de la demanda de la referencia, argumentando la causal de tener interés directo en la decisión.
La Sala Plena no encontró fundado el interés directo y actual que afecte la imparcialidad de la magistrada Ortiz en el proceso D-10947 y constató que no existe una denuncia actual en su contra que tenga directa relación con la demanda, por tratarse de una reforma constitucional de gran impacto en el que el juzgamiento de los magistrados es tan solo uno de sus elementos.
Con base en lo anterior concluye, que no es pertinente desplazar la competencia de los magistrados titulares a una sala de conjueces.
Se RECHAZA.

- RECHAZAR el impedimento manifestado por la magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, para intervenir y decidir sobre la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra los articulos 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 y 26 del Acto Legislativo 02 de 2015, en el marco del proceso correspondiente al expediente D-10947.
