- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado 18 de Familia de Bogota, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Carlos Yesid Herrera Guasca, contra la Corte Constitucional.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala Jurisdiccional del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
