Se ordenó a las autoridades municipales restablecer inmediatamente el servicio de acueducto tal como éste se venía prestando antes de cumplirse la sentencia dictada por el Juez respectivo, adicionalmente el Alcalde deberá consultar con el Servicio Seccional de Salud las medidas que puedan adoptar los usuarios de este servicio para eliminar cualquier problema relacionado con su consumo.
Posteriormente, dentro de los términos legales, la Corte decidirá sobre los fallos objeto de revisión.

- Primero. Provisionalmente, ORDÉNASE al Alcalde Municipal de Piedras, Tolima, restablecer inmediatamente el servicio de acueducto, tal como éste se venía prestando antes de cumplirse la sentencia dictada por el Juez
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué, el día 31 de octubre de 1994, dentro del proceso de tutela promovido por Néstor Grégory Díaz Rodríguez. Posteriormente, dentro de los términos legales, la Corte decidirá sobre los fallos objeto de revisión.
- Segundo. El Alcalde Municipal de Piedras consultará con el Servicio Seccional de Salud del Tolima, en relación con las medidas que pueden adoptar los usuarios del servicio de acueducto, para para eliminar, dentro de lo posible, cualquier problema relacionado con su consumo.
- Tercero. Notifíquese esta decisión, para su cumplimiento, al Alcalde del Municipio mencionado, y comuníquese al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal del mismo.
