Con el presente auto la Sala Plena ordena nuevamente la notificación, comunicación y publicación e inserción en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional de la sentencia C-969/12, con el objeto de subsanar el error involuntario que se presentó al omitir la impresión de un folio (29) y la reproducción doble de otro folio (31) de la referida sentencia, situación que, en nada cambió el fondo de la decisión, pero si configuró una inconsistencia formal.
