  1. PRIMERO. REMITIR, a traves de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion la solicitud formulada por el ciudadano IVAN DARIO GUTIERREZ ROJAS a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogota, para que, como juez de unica instancia de la sentencia T-500 de 2017, proceda de inmediato a impartirle el tramite pertinente, de acuerdo con lo senalado en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
  2. SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR, a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, a la Defensoria del Pueblo y al Consulado de Colombia en Hong Kong, para que tomen las medidas que consideren pertinentes para acompanar el cumplimiento de la sentencia T-500 de 2017.
