Por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida por la senora Amelia Maria Rodriguez Sarmiento contra Presidencia de la Republica, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Credito Publico, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, la Universidad Nacional, la Beneficencia de Cundinamarca y la Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A., al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca, Sala Disciplinaria para que la tramite en forma inmediata.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE al Juzgado veintiuno Civil del Circuito de Bogota, la decision adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de ponerle en conocimiento sobre lo aqui decidido por la Corte Constitucional en relacion con el conflicto de competencia.
