Se ordenó al Juzgado 18 Penal Municipal de Bogotá asumir de forma inmediata el conocimiento de la tutela presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia contra la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
La Corte explicó que ante el vacío del Decreto 1382 de 2000, es necesario acudir a las reglas generales previstas en el Art. 37 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 y resolver la competencia para tramitar el asunto.
