- Primero. Reconocer como Grupo de Seguimiento de la Sentencia T-760 de 2008 a las organizaciones RECOMPAS, ASOCOETNAR, COPDICONC y a los Consejos Comunitarios de Magui y tener como vocera de los mismos a la ciudadana Hilda Nayibe Hurtado Espana.
- Segundo. Solicitar a los Consejos Comunitarios de Narino reconocidos en el numeral anterior que, en el termino de veinte (20) dias contados a partir del recibo de la respectiva comunicacion, absuelvan las preguntas formuladas en el numeral 7 de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Informar de esta determinacion, por correo electronico, a los demas Grupos de Seguimiento.
- Cuarto. La Secretaria General de esta Corporacion comunicara esta decision a la senora Hilda Nayibe Hurtado Espana en su condicion de vocera del Grupo de Seguimiento reconocido.
