Recurso de súplica.
Inicialmente la demanda fue rechazada porque el término de ejecutoria del auto de inadmisión venció en silencio.
El actor informó que había presentado la corrección vía correo electrónico y tras verificar este hecho se dejó sin efecto el auto de rechazo y se expidió uno nuevo rechazando nuevamente la demanda, por incumplir con los requisitos de claridad, certeza, especificidad y suficiencia.
Tras analizar las argumentaciones de la súplica, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió confirmar la providencia cuestionada

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del 24 de noviembre de 2020, proferido por el Magistrado sustanciador Richard S. Ramirez Grisales, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta por el senor Brandon Lainez Rojas (Exp. D-13970).
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, archivese el expediente.
