La demanda fue rechazada porque el escrito de corrección no logró subsanar los yerros señalados en la inadmisión, relacionados con el incumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por la jurisprudencia constitucional respecto de los cargos por omisión legislativa relativa y con los criterios de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación constató que el recurso fue formulado de manera extemporánea y por ello decidió RECHAZARLO.

RECHAZAR, por extemporaneo, el recurso de suplica formulado por los ciudadanos Gustavo Gallon Giraldo, Julian Gonzalez Escallon, Juan Carlos Ospina Rendon y David Fernando Cruz en contra del Auto de 22 de septiembre de 2020, proferido por el magistrado (e) Richard Ramirez Grisales, mediante el cual rechazo la demanda D-13835.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decision a los demandantes, indicandoles que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-13835.
