La accionante solicitó a la Corporación otorgarle una protección especialísima dirigida a que, de conformidad con la sentencia T-544/15 que la favoreció, se tenga en consideración que el juez de instancia no ha incluido dentro de la liquidación final, los abonos parciales entregados directamente al demandante.
La Sala decidió ABSTENERSE de asumir competencia para verificar el cumplimiento de la referida providencia, y declarar improcedente la petición formulada por la actora.
