El actor solicita precisar el alcance de la sentencia SU-913-09, de manera que se realicen exclusivamente los nombramientos que aún faltan para restablecer los derechos de quienes habían sido excluidos, en una de las notarias actualmente vacantes.
La Corte no encuentra una razón objetiva de duda que impida el entendimiento de la providencia, y aclara que no le corresponde a esta corporación pronunciarse en fallo adicional sobre las características que las normas vigentes han otorgado a la organización, localización y distribución de las notarías en el país, ya que la facultad para efectuar modificaciones a tales aspectos, corresponderá al Consejo Superior de la Carrera Notarial.
