Se ordenó el envío del expediente al Tribunal de la referencia para que adoptara la decisión que corresponda a efecto de su remisión al organismo judicial que considere competente, por factor territorial, en relación con el proceso de tutela promovido por la accionante, para que éste determine si avoca el conocimiento del mismo.
La Corte consideró que el mencionado Tribunal solamente se limitó a declararse inhibido para resolver la acción de tutela, “por falta de competencia”, sin disponer lo conducente para facilitar el acceso a la administración de justicia.

- RESUELVE:
- 1. ORDENAR el envio del expediente al Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Popayan, Sala Civil Laboral, para que adopte la decision que corresponda a efecto de su remision al organismo judicial que considere competente, por factor territorial, en relacion con el proceso de tutela promovido por Fanny Dulcey Erazo contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social -Seccional Popayan-, para que este determine si avoca el conocimiento del mismo.
